Summary:
The Project Management team facilitates renovation and infrastructure projects, as well as major new construction. We work with external vendors (architects, engineers and general contractors) and internal partners (including Finance, Procurement, Compliance, IT Services, Physical Plant, Environmental Health & Safety and Building Managers) to meet each project's requirements.
Services Provided:
- Project management begins with programming and design and continues through the completion of the construction phase. We work closely with UCM/BSD Physical Plant to transition each construction project to a successfully operating space for our University clients.
- We have in-house and vendor-licensed architects and engineers who can assist with the provision of aesthetically pleasing projects of the highest quality and standards based on a standardized delivery system.
- The office also strives to utilize traditional and design-build delivery methodologies that are understandable to our users and which facilitate the delivery of projects conceived and constructed in the best interest of the University.
